Job summary

Septentrio Korea Ltd. in Leuven invites highly qualified and motivated professionals to join our Finance Business Partnering team.

As Strategic Business Analyst, you will transform financial, commercial and operational data into actionable insights and support strategic decisions across Product Portfolio, pricing, and growth, with half your time in Portfolio and pricing and half in Supply Chain, R&D and Executive Management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, commercial finance, management consulting or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Develop business cases, financial models and scenario analyses.
• Support portfolio, pricing and growth-related decisions (50% time).
• Analyze costs, inventory, working capital and planning scenarios.
• Provide investment analyses and lifecycle profitability insights.
• Enhance reporting, KPIs and business intelligence capabilities.
