Qualifications

• Educational background: Degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, or proven self-taught track record.
• Experience: 3+ years in consultancy, IT integration, or fintech startups is a big plus.
• Finance knowledge: Understanding of accounting integrations is a strong advantage.
• Data-driven: Decisions are based on data and a holistic view of solutions.
