• Knowledge of funding for scientific/technology programmes and subsidies.
• Experience in international or public sector environments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee OCS budget planning and in-year reviews.
• Monitor commitments and reallocate budget as needed.
• Prepare budget execution reports for leadership and budget committee.
• Coordinate programmatic budget and statements of work.
• Liaise with STO Financial Controller's Office.
• Attend STB Finance and Audit Subgroup meetings.
