NATO - North Atlantic Treaty Organization Brussels is seeking an Officer, Strategy Implementation to develop and plan STO implementation of the NATO S&T Strategy, monitor progress, and draft reports for governance bodies. The role requires coordinating with the S&T Enterprise and international partners, with regular travel and irregular hours.

The candidate should have 3+ years in strategy or program management, a relevant degree, and very good English or French language skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy implementation or program management.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects in multinational settings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presentations and reports.
• Broad knowledge of NATO S&T communities and strategic planning concepts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and plan implementation measures for STO in coordination with NATO S&T Enterprise.
• Monitor NATO-wide strategy implementation and propose actions to address gaps.
• Draft and deliver implementation progress reports to the STB and Council.
• Support governance by updating NATO S&T Priorities and related policies.
