Aikido Security is hiring an Account Executive to drive revenue in the EU public sector and NATO markets. You will navigate complex procurement, engage senior security and tech leaders, and leverage partner ecosystems to deliver our developer-first security platform to government entities.

Located in Europe with access to key government hubs, you will manage tender responses, build strategic relationships, and close 6- to 7-figure deals in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of SaaS sales experience in EU Public Sector, Defense, or NATO environments.
• Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong understanding of public procurement and tender processes.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue from first touch to close across EU public sector opportunities (government ministries, agencies, NATO entities).
• Lead responses to tenders, RFPs, RFIs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Partner with GSIs and regional partners to leverage government frameworks.
• Build relationships with CISOs, software leads, and procurement directors in the public sector.
• Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline in HubSpot.
• Represent Aikido at defense, cyber, and public sector events across Europe.
