Aikido is expanding its presence in the public sector and seeks an Account Executive (EU Public Sector & NATO) to drive revenue across national governments, public institutions, defense organizations, and NATO agencies. You will navigate complex procurement, lead RFP responses, and build strategic relationships with senior technical and security leaders.

Based in Europe, with English fluency and knowledge of EU purchasing frameworks, you will partner with GSIs and regional partners to deliver

Qualifications

6 to 10 years of SaaS sales experience in EU Public Sector/Defense/NATO environments.
Deep understanding of EU government purchasing frameworks and public tender processes.
Record of closing complex 6- and 7-figure deals with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Ability to lead technical product conversations with engineering and security teams.
Active EU/NATO Secret Clearance or eligibility preferred.
Native/fluent English; French, German, or Dutch a plus; Europe-based near government hubs (Belgium preferred).

Responsabilités

Drive revenue from first touch to close across EU Governments, public agencies, and NATO entities.
Lead responses to public tenders, RFPs, and RFIs with regulatory compliance.
Partner with GSIs, regional IT partners, and distributors with government framework agreements.
Build relationships with CISOs, heads of software engineering, platform leads, and procurement directors in the public sector.
Maintain forecast and disciplined pipeline in HubSpot.
Represent Aikido at defense, cyber, and public sector events across Europe.
