360 Talent London Ltd. Knokke is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a luxury boutique, delivering exceptional client service and flawless presentation.

The role emphasizes team leadership, clienteling with local and international clients, monitoring sales KPIs, and collaborating with management to implement commercial strategies while upholding brand standards.

Salary is €3,700 gross per month, with an MBO bonus and additional benefits offered to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager in luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and clienteling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.

The Role:

• Oversee the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to achieve commercial targets and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clientele, driving clienteling and loyalty
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs, implementing strategies to maximise results
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and compliance with brand standards
• Collaborate with management to implement commercial and operational strategies

Profile:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within luxury or premium retail
• Strong leadership, commercial and clienteling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in English & Dutch; additional languages are a plus
• Energetic, confident and highly customer-oriented
• Passion for luxury, fashion and delivering exceptional service
