Job summary

APM Monaco is seeking a full-time Sales Advisor for our Knokke boutique to welcome, advise and build a trusting relationship with every customer, delivering a unique shopping experience.

You will actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets, demonstrate brand knowledge of APM Monaco, support stock management and visual merchandising, and ensure impeccable customer service at every interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or fashion retail preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, dynamic and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a full-time Sales Advisor to support our team at our shop in Knokke !

Sales

• Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience
• Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers
• Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up

Customer Service

• Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction
• Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally

Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment
• Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
• Assist with stock management and inventory
• Follow payment and POS procedures

• Previous boutique experience (luxury or fashion retail) is a real plus
