Deel is seeking a passionate Staff Product Designer to shape the future of our products. You will lead design initiatives across vertical and horizontal projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive experiences and design excellence.

You will mentor other designers, drive the Deel UI/Design System, and prototype at speed, balancing user needs with business goals in a rapidly evolving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years as a Product Designer in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 2 years leading holistic design as Staff Product Designer.
• Strong UI, UX and visual design skills.
• Experience designing AI-powered product experiences.
• Data-informed design approach.
• Mentor other designers and grow design practice.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver product design across initiatives aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business partners to create cohesive experiences.
• Champion the Deel UI/Design System strategy and drive adoption.
• Design, prototype and test features rapidly based on user and business insights.
• Mentor Product Designers and lead design practice rituals.
• Identify bottlenecks with teams and implement improvements.
