Job summary
Qover is a leading insurtech scale-up enabling embedded insurance at scale across Europe. You will strengthen our Site Reliability and Platform Engineering capabilities to deliver reliable, secure and scalable services for millions of end users.
You will own automation, observability and developer experience, partnering with product teams to raise the bar on reliability and performance. This role welcomes hybrid and flexible remote work across Europe.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in SRE/Platform/DevOps or similar
- Strong observability, monitoring, incident response
- Cloud infrastructure and architecture knowledge (GCP preferred)
- Kubernetes, containers, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Strong backend coding fundamentals; primarily TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD and developer tooling
- Ownership mindset and collaboration across teams
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve SLIs/SLOs and error budgets
- Design, automate and maintain cloud infrastructure for millions of users
- Build monitoring, logging and tracing for reliability and performance
- Improve CI/CD, deployments and platform tooling for engineers
- Lead incident response and blameless postmortems
- Mentor teammates and raise engineering standards
