Job summary

Qover, a Brussels-based insurtech, seeks a Site Reliability & Platform Engineer to scale our cloud infrastructure and developer experience across 32 countries. You’ll blend software engineering with infrastructure, focusing on automation, observability, and reliability.

You will own production resilience, drive SLOs, and collaborate with teams to ship robust services. The role offers hybrid/remote options across Europe and a chance to impact millions of end users through trusted partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SRE, Platform Engineering, or DevOps roles.
• Strong observability and incident response experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure supporting millions of users across 32 countries.
• Define SLIs/SLOs and implement monitoring, logging, and tracing.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Lead incident response and blameless postmortems.
