Qover in Brussels is seeking a Site Reliability & Platform Engineer to join our growing insurtech. You will help keep our platform reliable, scalable, secure, and performant while shaping the tooling that powers our developers.

You will design and implement observability, automate deployments, and drive reliability through SLOs, error budgets, and incident response. We value pragmatic engineers who own their work and mentor teammates.

Competenze

• 3+ years in SRE/Platform/DevOps role
• Strong experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes
• Proficient in TypeScript or backend languages and infrastructure automation

Mansioni

• Build and maintain reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure
• Define SLOs/SLIs and implement monitoring and alerting
• Automate CI/CD, deployments, and platform tooling
• Improve developer experience and internal libraries
• Lead incident response and blameless postmortems
