Job summary

Qover is seeking an Analyst & Implementer to own partner technical implementations from requirements to hands-on configuration on the Qover platform. You will dissect processes, map them to our insurance platform, and deliver actionable specifications and setups with a consultative approach.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with partners and internal teams to optimize product configurations, APIs, and workflows, driving value and scalable deployments across Brussels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years balancing functional analysis with hands‑on configuration.
• Experience in SaaS or insurtech environments is a plus.
• Ability to map business needs to technical specifications.
• Comfort with APIs and platform configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical implementation for new partners.
• Define functional specifications based on partner requirements.
• Translate business needs into concrete solutions and strategy.
• Configure and build the solution within the platform.
• Guide partners on integrations via documented APIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and feed back to Product.
