Uber is seeking a Sales Manager for our Restaurant team in Belgium. You will lead a high-performing team of Account Representatives and Account Executives, guiding outbound prospecting and complex negotiations to bring local restaurants onto the Uber Eats platform.
You’ll coach daily, set geo-level strategies, manage the full sales lifecycle, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Product to remove blockers and drive revenue growth.
Leading a sales team at Uber Eats means moving fast in a competitive landscape where the real world and digital commerce intersect. As a Sales Manager for our Restaurant team, you aren't just managing a pipeline; you are building the engine that powers local economies by connecting merchants to millions of users. You will lead a high-performing team of Account Representatives and Account Executives, guiding them through the grit of outbound prospecting and the complexity of high-stakes negotiations to bring the best local favorites onto our platform.
This role is for a leader who thrives in ambiguity and finds energy in the "messy" reality of scaling a business. You will need to balance strategic commercial planning with deep, hands-on coaching, often making tough calls under pressure to hit ambitious revenue targets. If you are a resilient, people-first leader who can turn shifting market dynamics into an actionable roadmap and inspire a team to exceed their own expectations, this is where you’ll grow.
Please note that this role does not include a company car. However, all business travel is fully covered by Uber, with 100% of eligible business travel expenses reimbursed.
This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook — it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves — we'd love to hear from you.
You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits. Explore our benefits.
Offices remain key to collaboration and Uber's culture. Unless approved for full remote work, employees must spend at least 50% of their time in-office. Some roles, like those at greenlight hubs, require full-time in-office presence.
