Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to shape finance processes, data and technology for the Innovative Medicine manufacturing network.

You will partner with finance and supply chain stakeholders to design solutions that enable advanced COGS analytics and executive-level insights for decision-making. Based in Beerse or other global sites, you will influence standard costing, product costing and financial reporting while driving continuous improvement across the IMFT program and

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred.
• This position can operate in multiple time zones across Americas or Europe.

Responsibilities

• Represent site finance in IMFT design and deployment of future-state processes and tools.
• Leverage ERP/Anaplan and costing practices to enhance COGS analytics capabilities.
• Champion simplification, standardization and automation initiatives.
• Provide change management assessments for implementation plans.
• Coordinate with IMFT and IMSC leadership to drive milestones and CFO-level updates.
• Lead cross-site collaboration across Innovative Medicine finance teams globally.
