Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Beerse is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst – Inventory & Costing to lead standard costing for BE manufacturing and cross-country collaboration. You will manage costing data, intercompany pricing, and month-end closes while driving process improvements and digital initiatives.

The role requires at least 5 years in finance with SAP and cost accounting, English fluency, and a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the standard cost pricing process (actual and budget) for BE manufacturing and sourcing.
• Maintain the standard costing master data and Intercompany pricing daily.
• Perform a compliant month-end closing and analysis of manufacturing variances.
• Act as a SME to provide business support related to finance approval tools (sIDMa/Pendulum/ICP-tool).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the financial setup of new product flows.
• Act as finance SME for Lifecycle Management of Beerse owned products.
• Drive standardization and harmonization including process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proactively take ownership for personal development and work-life balance while managing partners.

Within J&J IM Principal Operations, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Innovative Medicine business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

Currently we are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Inventory & Costing to join the IMPO organization.

roles and responsibilities

The purpose of the role is to pro-active lead the standard costing process for BE manufacturing and Sourcing plants with a critical mindset towards variances analyses and stakeholder deliverables.

In this role you will work in a cross-country virtual team with direct colleagues in Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland and Netherlands, to manage day-to-day activities for standard costing and intercompany pricing while looking continuously into process improvements.

Collaboration with key stakeholders (Supply Chain, R&D, Planning, Tax, Trade compliance, …) is key to drive the financial set-up of new product flows.

• Lead the standard cost pricing process (actual and budget ) and the financial flows for products sourced out of Belgium
• Maintain the standard costing master data and Intercompany pricing daily.
• Perform a compliant month-end closing and analysis of manufacturing variances.
• Act as a SME to provide Business support related to finance approval tools (sIDMa/Pendulum/ICP-tool)
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (Supply Chain, R&D, Planning, Tax, Trade compliance, …) to drive the financial set-up of new products flows.
• Act as finance SME for Lifecycle Management of Beerse owned products
• Embrace change and challenging the status quo. Drive standardization and harmonization including process improvements and new ways of working, aligning other MRCs with the wider IMPO team. • This role offers a very competitive hourly rate.
• This contract will run for a 12 month duration. This is a hybrid position (2 days home, 3 days on-site).
• This role is based in Beerse and may require occasional travel to Geel.
