Eubelius is seeking a Corporate/M&A Associate in Brussels to provide a broad range of legal assistance related to M&A, private equity, and corporate law. The ideal candidate will have a Belgian law degree and strong fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Function

As a Corporate/M&A Associate, you will, among other responsibilities:

• provide clients with a broad range of legal assistance, including in relation to M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, management incentives, corporate restructurings, and general corporate law advice, in both domestic and cross-border contexts;
• offer guidance on all corporate law issues that an organisation may encounter throughout its lifecycle, in both contentious and non-contentious matters;
• build and maintain excellent client relationships;
• contribute to the management and development of the team; and
• support the team’s growth ambitions.

Profile

• A Belgian law degree which shows evidence of strong academic results.
• Fluent in Dutch and an excellent knowledge (both written and verbal) of French and English.
• Dynamic, hands‑on attorney with the ambition to further develop the Corporate/M&A practice at Eubelius.
• Not afraid to take on responsibility, a real team player and a strong communicator.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience.
