Eubelius, Belgium's leading independent law firm, invites applications for a (Junior) Associate role in Brussels with a focus on Corporate and M&A. You will work on domestic and cross-border matters for diverse clients and contribute to client relationships and the growth of the team.

We seek a Belgian law degree, fluency in Dutch, and excellent written/spoken French and English, plus 2–5 years of relevant experience and a practical, team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Belgian law degree with evidence of strong academic results.
• Fluent in Dutch; excellent written and verbal French and English.

Responsabilités

• advise on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate law advice in domestic and cross-border contexts.
• provide guidance on corporate law issues encountered during a company’s lifecyle, both contentious and non-contentious.
• build excellent client relationships.
• help manage and develop the team.
• support the growth ambitions of the team.
