Due to continued growth, our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Associate (6-8 years of experience) to join its Corporate Finance team in Brussels.
The Corporate/M&A team has recently undergone a significant transformation and is focused on delivering high-quality transactional work for a strong portfolio of leading domestic and international clients.
You will be involved in a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations and restructurings, often across multiple jurisdictions. The role offers genuine autonomy, high levels of responsibility, and direct client contact from day one. You will engage with top-tier, multinational clients and regularly collaborate with lawyers across Eversheds Sutherland’s international network.
