Eubelius is looking for a Corporate/M&A Associate in Brussels to provide clients with broad legal support across M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and general corporate law. You will guide corporate issues throughout a company lifecycle, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters while building strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes a dynamic, hands-on approach, with responsibility and teamwork at its core, as the practice grows in both domestic and cross-border contexts.

Qualifications

• Belgian law degree with evidence of strong academic results.
• Fluent in Dutch and excellent knowledge of French and English.
• Dynamic, hands-on attorney aiming to grow the Corporate/M&A practice.
• Not afraid to take responsibility and be a strong communicator.

Responsabilités

• Provide clients with broad corporate law assistance, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate advice (domestic and cross-border).
• Advise on corporate law issues across a company lifecycle, in contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships and contribute to team growth.

Function

As a Corporate/M&A Associate, you will, among other responsibilities:

• provide clients with a broad range of legal assistance, including in relation to M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, management incentives, corporate restructurings, and general corporate law advice, in both domestic and cross-border contexts;
• offer guidance on all corporate law issues that an organisation may encounter throughout its lifecycle, in both contentious and non-contentious matters;
• build and maintain excellent client relationships;
• contribute to the management and development of the team; and
• support the team’s growth ambitions.

Profile

• A Belgian law degree which shows evidence of strong academic results.
• Fluent in Dutch and an excellent knowledge (both written and verbal) of French and English.
• Dynamic, hands-on attorney with the ambition to further develop the Corporate/M&A practice at Eubelius.
• Not afraid to take on responsibility, a real team player and a strong communicator.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience.
