Eubelius, Belgium’s leading independent law firm, seeks a (Sr) Corporate/M&A Associate to strengthen its Brussels team. The role covers broad corporate law advisory, M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and restructurings, in domestic and cross-border matters.

The ideal candidate holds a Belgian law degree with strong academics, fluency in Dutch and excellent command of French and English, and 4–7 years of relevant experience.

• Provide clients with a broad range of legal assistance including M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, management incentives, restructurings and general corporate law advice.
• Offer guidance on corporate law issues throughout a business lifecycle in both contentious and non-contentious contexts.
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Contribute to the management and development of the team; support growth ambitions.

To strengthen its Brussels team, Eubelius is seeking a (Sr) Corporate/M&A Associate with expertise in Corporate Law and M&A.

As a Corporate/M&A Associate, you will, among other responsibilities:

• provide clients with a broad range of legal assistance, including in relation to M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, management incentives, corporate restructurings, and general corporate law advice, in both domestic and cross-border contexts;
• offer guidance on all corporate law issues that an organisation may encounter throughout its lifecycle, in both contentious and non-contentious matters;
• build and maintain excellent client relationships;
• contribute to the management and development of the team; and
• support the team’s growth ambitions.

Profiel

• A Belgian law degree which shows evidence of strong academic results.
• Fluent in Dutch and an excellent knowledge (both written and verbal) of French and English.
• Dynamic, hands-on attorney with the ambition to further develop the Corporate/M&A practice at Eubelius.
• Not afraid to take on responsibility, a real team player and a strong communicator.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience.
