Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Consultant AI/ML based in Belgium. You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions, with a focus on agentic AI and healthcare claims automation, in a fully remote, contract-based capacity.

You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, cloud architects and healthcare specialists to implement AWS Bedrock AgentCore, RAG architectures and end-to-end claims lifecycle automation, delivering measurable operational

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience delivering technology programmes, with at least five years leading enterprise-scale AI/ML initiatives.
• Proven ability to design, build and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions from strategy to implementation.
• Strong expertise in agentic AI architectures (ReAct, multi-agent orchestration) and modern AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI/ML solution roadmap for end-to-end healthcare claims automation.
• Lead customer-facing workshops, discovery sessions, and opportunity assessments.
• Design scalable AI/ML architectures covering claims intake, eligibility, coding, adjudication, fraud, payments and denial management.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, including planning, risk management, quality, and stakeholder communication.
• Architect agentic AI systems using AWS Bedrock AgentCore Runtime and related services.
• Develop RAG architectures with Bedrock Knowledge Bases, vector stores, and retrieval tech.
• Guide model development, training, validation, deployment, and ongoing optimization for healthcare claims.
• Implement AI/MLOps pipelines with monitoring, retraining, drift detection and automated testing.
