Redwire Space Poland is seeking a Business Developer to lead capture efforts and qualify opportunities to drive growth across Europe. You will work closely with engineering, program management, finance, and contracts to shape winning strategies and align pursuits with Redwire Poland’s growth objectives.

The role requires end-to-end proposal management, market-driven insights, and strong writing and communication skills. Based in Warsaw in a hybrid model with colleagues in Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into capture strategies.
• Experience with end-to-end proposal management for Sub-contractor and Prime bids.
• Proficiency in technical writing and creating a unified messaging.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end capture activities, developing and maintaining a qualified pipeline for Redwire Poland.
• Shape opportunities through proactive customer engagement, regular follow-up, and participation in industry conferences and events.
• Support cross-functional teams to develop pursuit and bid strategies.
• Coordinate BOEs and proposal documents for accuracy and alignment with capture strategy.
• Develop and communicate capture plans, opportunity reviews, and win strategies to leadership.
• Collaborate with corporate BD, marketing, and government relations staff on enterprise-wide pursuit efforts.
