GTS Group Ltd in Belgium is seeking a Systems Engineer / Technical Lead to take the technical reins on a new actuator development for a next-generation space application. You will own technical direction from concept to delivery and work with a dedicated project manager.

The role offers a ground-floor opportunity to shape a new business line, act as the main technical contact for customers, help build out the engineering team, and grow with the project as the business expands in the Brussels

Qualifications

• Experience in space systems engineering with AOCS or GNC focus.
• Full development-cycle exposure on actuator hardware (reaction wheels, CMGs or similar) preferred.
• Autonomy to drive a brand-new programme and build customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical direction of the actuator development from concept to delivery.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and present progress.
• Help build out a new engineering team as the business line grows.
• Shape future projects within the new space actuation business area.
