The Ickworth, part of Luxury Family Hotels, invites a Spa Receptionist to join the team. You’ll be the first contact for spa guests, ensuring a warm welcome and guiding them through treatments and facilities. Some shifts include weekends, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

You’ll need spa experience and NVQ3/ITEC/CIDESCO equivalents, plus strong communication and a passion for guest service. Training and career development are a core LFH value.

Qualifications

• Experience as Spa Therapist in a destination or hotel spa.
• NVQ Level 3 / ITEC / CIBTAC / CIDESCO or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage.

Responsabilités

• Welcomes spa guests and provides a warm LFH-style reception.
• Uses knowledge of treatments and products to educate guests and tailor options.
• Promotes and sells spa treatments and products to guests.
• Maintains cleanliness and turnover of treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Creates memorable experiences for guests, including families and children.
