The Ickworth, part of Luxury Family Hotels, is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional spa experiences at its Suffolk retreat. This permanent role offers 24 or 40 hours per week with an hourly rate of £14.21 plus service charge and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist within a spa or hotel setting.
• Spa UK qualification to NVQ level 3 or ITEC/CIDESCO (or equivalent).
• Elemis training provided; prior Elemis experience is desirable.
• Passion for Spa and Wellness and guest wellbeing.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests to the Spa and tailor offerings to their needs.
• Perform treatments in line with brand guidelines to ensure relaxation and education for guests.
• Promote and sell treatments and products where appropriate.
• Collaborate with spa team to maintain a harmonious working environment.
