Fowey Hall Hotel in Cornwall is seeking a Spa Manager to lead a dedicated spa team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role requires management experience, spa qualifications, and a focus on promoting premium products and services.

The position is permanent, 40 hours per week (including weekends) with a salary up to £38,000 plus commission, bonus, and service charge. Generous benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Spa UK qualified to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage).
• Previous experience in a destination Spa or hotel Spa.
• Management experience: lead and inspire a team, manage schedules, oversee daily operations.
• Guest-centric approach focused on creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Manage spa operations: scheduling, inventory, and maintenance.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional service across the team.
• Perform spa treatments with skill and care (massages, facials, etc.).
• Educate guests about products and drive sales while promoting treatments.
