David Lloyd is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join our premium health and wellness club in Sterrebeek, Belgium. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring safe, compliant day-to-day operations and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• IOSH/NEBOSH or other recognised H&S qualification
• Facilities management qualification (HND, Diploma)
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations
• Experience in maintenance and upkeep of a facility
• Experience leading a team in a service-led facility
• Passionate about customer service

Responsabilités

• Act as Duty Manager and ensure smooth operation of the club
• Ensure day-to-day health & safety and compliance regulations are followed
• Lead a team and train staff in line with company expectations
• Manage and coordinate self-employed contractors
• Foster an inclusive culture and customer-focused environment

About you :

As Health and Safety Manager , we are looking for someone who:

• Has an IOSH / NEBOSH or other relevant, recognised H&S qualification
• Relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma etc)
• Strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations
• Experience in managing the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
• Experience in managing a team in a service led facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)
• Passionate about customer service.
