With a competitive salary, great locations, and a supportive, people-first culture, you’ll have the space to take on meaningful challenges, grow your skills, and make a real impact in a fast-evolving industry.About The TeamYou’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strategic Implementation and Business Advancement: Undertake department overall strategic planning, promote implementation of sorting center in/out port, temporary storage and other businesses, coordinate various resources to ensure business landing, ensure sorting operations align with company's overall development direction.Process and System Optimization: Responsible for goods sorting process sorting, promote equipment upgrade and transformation, improve operating system and data system functions, formulate and promote operation standardization norms, improve sorting operation efficiency and accuracy.Operation Management and Quality Improvement: Coordinate goods sorting operation work, formulate personnel input and sorting plans based on cargo volume, diagnose experience problems in operations, formulate and implement improvement measures, continuously improve operation quality and customer satisfaction.Cost Control and Capability Building: Conduct sorting capability building work, improve sorting efficiency through process optimization and reasonable resource allocation to reduce operating costs; pay attention to industry dynamics, introduce advanced concepts and technologies to enhance sorting core competitiveness.Cross-Department Collaborative Cooperation: Closely collaborate with internal and external relevant departments, strengthen information communication and resource sharing, collaboratively solve sorting operation problems, ensure smooth connection across supply chain links, jointly achieve service quality goals.At JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
