JINGDONG Logistics Belgium is seeking an experienced supervisor to support daily operations at the delivery station. You will lead a team of associates, sorters, or drivers, allocate tasks, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

• Support the supervisor in managing daily operations of the delivery station.
• Lead and guide a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
• Assist with team briefings and ensure all staff follow safety and quality standards.
• Identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
• Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.
