Solution Project ManagerJob detailsProfessional ServicesRelocation PositionFull-timeWe are looking for a **Solution Project Manager** to join our team.**What you'll do:*** Take full lifecycle ownership of ICT projects, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.* Lead end-to-end delivery of ICT projects, ensuring alignment with defined objectives, system requirements, and business outcomes.* Define project scope, objectives, stakeholders, success criteria, and prepare comprehensive project initiation documentation.* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and coordination of technical teams (developers, network engineers, QA, and support staff).* Manage project budgets, including hardware, software, third-party vendors, and operational costs.* Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle using structured logs and governance processes.* Maintain continuous stakeholder communication through status reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.* Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate technical discussions, resolve conflicts, and ensure delivery of project milestones.* Apply PRINCE2-based methodologies, adapting governance practices to project complexity and organizational context.* Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, architectural standards, and regulatory requirements.* Maintain audit-ready documentation, including stage gates, change requests, approvals, and decision logs.* Facilitate technical workshops covering architecture, infrastructure readiness, system integration, data migration, and deployment planning.* Coordinate testing activities, including UAT planning, defect management, and release readiness.* Support go-live and deployment planning, ensuring production readiness and stakeholder approval.* Produce project closure reports, including outcomes, lessons learned, deliverables, and financial overview.**What you will need to bring:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.* 3–5 years of experience in ICT project management within large organizations (1000+ users).* Strong understanding of modern information systems, technologies, and related security considerations.* Experience with technology design, deployment, and its impact on business operations and security posture.* PRINCE2 certification is preferred.* PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are considered an advantage.* Experience with project management tools for planning, reporting, budgeting, and analytics.* Experience with procurement processes and tools (purchase requests, purchase orders, approvals, sourcing, and closure).* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.* Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including reporting to both technical teams and executives.* Ability to clearly document requirements, progress and project outcomes.* Strong command of **English**, both written and spoken.* Holds, or is eligible to obtain, a national security clearance as a citizen of a NATO member state.* Availability to work full-time on-site in **Brussels (Belgium)**, with limited remote work (up to 1 day per week).
