Job summary

onetowin data services is seeking a Senior Product Architect to shape the technical vision for our core product, ensuring scalable, high‑performing and maintainable solutions. You will work with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects and Agile squads to align the roadmap with the enterprise strategy and drive integration with our AS400 data landscape.

Lead architecture design for CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) on Azure, establish standards and reusable patterns, translate business needs

Qualifications

• Experience in solution or product architecture for CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE).
• Understanding of AS400 data landscapes and back-end integration patterns.
• Hands-on with Azure cloud services and modern integration frameworks (REST APIs, microservices, messaging, ESB, API Management).
• Knowledge of data management and governance best practices.
• Previous work experience in Agile environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and cocreate the Technical Vision for the product.

• Review solution designs, data models, and code to ensure adherence to architecture principles.
• Proactively identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to help us shape the future of our core product and ensure our architecture meets the highest standards in terms of scalability, performance, and maintainability. Our teams operate in a Agile environment, working on strategic platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure integrated with a complex AS400 data landscape.
Role Overview
As a Senior Product Architect, you will help building the technical vision and end-to-end functional/technical architecture of a key product. You will work closely with Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Agile Squads, and business stakeholders to align the product roadmap with the overall enterprise strategy.
Your mission is to design robust, scalable, and future-proof solutions while guiding development teams and ensuring seamless integration with our AS400-based data systems and other applications .
Primary Tasks And Responsibilities
Define and cocreate the Technical Vision

• Lead the technical architecture design for the product and ensure alignment with enterprise guidelines.
• Ensure product standardisation and reusability of developed components

Ensure Product & Enterprise Alignment

• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects to maintain cross-product consistency.
• Guarantee proper integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the applications within our landscape.

Guide and Support Development Teams

Technical Profile Requirements

• Experience in solution or product architecture for CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE),in particular.
• Understanding of AS400 data landscapes and back-end integration patterns and Event driven design pattern.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and modern integration frameworks (REST APIs, microservices, messaging, ESB, API Management).
• Knowledge of data management and governance best practices.
• Previous work experience in Agile environments is a strong plus.

• Strong strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.
• Ability to bridge business and technical needs effectively.
• Leadership skills to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
