Job summary

SYNCTIV RECRUITMENT is seeking a Senior Product Architect in Brussels to define the technical vision and end-to-end architecture for a key product. You will lead architecture design, ensuring integration with AS400 and Dynamics 365 systems, while guiding Agile squads and stakeholders.

You will design robust, scalable, future-proof solutions, align roadmaps with enterprise strategy, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a hybrid on-site/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution or product architecture for CRM and Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE).
• Translating business requirements into scalable, resilient architecture.
• Leading architectural guidance across Agile squads.

Responsibilities

• Define and co-create the Technical Vision for the product.
• Lead the technical architecture design and ensure alignment with enterprise guidelines.
• Ensure standardisation and reusability of components across the product.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and reusable patterns.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, high-performing solutions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects for cross-product consistency.
• Guarantee integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other landscape applications.
• Validate architectural decisions and ensure security and data governance compliance.
• Mentor Agile squads with architectural guidance and coaching.
• Review designs, data models, and code for adherence to architecture principles.
• Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
