The mission aims to strengthen the IT Architecture function by integrating an experienced Solution Architect capable of designing and evolving technical solutions that address business challenges while modernizing the application and IT landscape. The role is strongly linked to transformation initiatives within the Electrical Assets domain and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, delivery teams, and subject matter experts. The consultant will ensure that solution designs align with architectural vision, standards, governance processes, and delivery objectives, while supporting a sustainable, reliable, and modern energy infrastructure.
Your missions:
- Design and adapt solution architectures addressing business and technical challenges.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and architectural constraints.
- Drive modernization of the application landscape and IT ecosystem.
- Support transformation initiatives within the Electrical Assets domain.
- Align business stakeholders, product organizations, architecture teams, and delivery teams around solution designs.
- Define Solution Building Blocks using appropriate architectural styles, patterns, and reference architectures.
- Ensure architecture governance compliance throughout the design lifecycle.
- Participate in delivery activities to guarantee implementation consistency with approved designs.
- Produce architecture deliverables aligned with enterprise architecture vision, standards, and guidelines.
- Provide expertise in integration architecture, application architecture, and modern architectural paradigms.
Your activities:
- Gather, analyze, and validate business constraints and requirements.
- Perform solution decomposition within business capabilities.
- Define and document Solution Building Blocks.
- Apply reference architectures, architectural patterns, and best practices.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business, architecture, product, and delivery stakeholders.
- Support delivery teams throughout implementation phases.
- Create and maintain architecture designs and solution documentation.
- Design application integrations and application architecture components.
- Participate in architecture governance processes and Design Boards.
- Contribute to architectural reviews, decision-making processes, and solution approvals.
- Use architecture decision techniques and methodologies such as:
- ADR (Architecture Decision Records)
- ATAM (Architecture Tradeoff Analysis Method)
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and constructive architectural discussions.
- Facilitate workshops and architecture discussions, including whiteboard-based design sessions.
You have the following skills:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Solution Architect
