InTouch is seeking a Software Support Engineer to deliver technical solutions and exceptional service for our B2B clients. This hybrid role involves working from Leuven/Sint-Truiden with two days per week at the Sint-Truiden office, contributing to smart city initiatives and mobility solutions.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape a scalable support strategy while growing your expertise in our SaaS platform for municipal clients.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Zendesk.
• XML, CSV, and SQL querying and data handling.
• Linux command line proficiency.
• Version control with Git.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical solutions and ensure seamless service for B2B clients.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues with a focus on first-time fix.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve support processes.
• Document cases and share knowledge to improve self-service and training.

Languages

• Fluent dutch required and you are comfortable communicating in French as well.
