Pauwels Consulting in Brussels seeks a professional to manage and optimize digital communication applications, overseeing the lifecycle of software solutions to meet business needs.

The role requires 3+ years in web technologies with CMS (Sitecore, DotNetNuke, Unily), a degree in Business Informatics or CS, and fluency in English, Dutch, and French. Hybrid work with 2 days onsite, open to permanent or freelance contracts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with web technologies and CMS platforms.
• University degree in Business Informatics, CS, or equivalent.
• Strong planning, development, and operation experience of software systems.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL-oriented service management is a plus.

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a professional to manage and optimize digital communication applications. The role involves overseeing the lifecycle of software solutions to ensure they meet business needs and run effectively within the corporate landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define functional and technical requirements for software solutions with a focus on communication.
• Configure applications to fulfill business and customer requirements.
• Coordinate the implementation of requirements within existing software solutions.
• Ensure the integration of software into the broader application and system landscape.
• Support testers in the preparation, conduction, and evaluation of test scenarios.
• Manage ongoing operations and application maintenance in collaboration with the product team.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of experience with web technologies including content management systems such as SiteCore, DotNetNuke, or Unily.
• You possess a university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
• You bring sound experience in the planning, development, and operation of standard or individual software systems.
• You have a strong command of MS Office 365 standard software.
• You possess knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• You're willing to travel occasionally as required for the project.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch, and French with C1 level.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in IT provider management and IT operations management.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management.
• Knowledge of German.
