NextLink Group is seeking experienced Software Solution Engineers in Belgium to design, develop, and enhance software solutions that support critical business operations. You will translate business needs into reliable technical solutions while partnering with stakeholders and IT teams.

Ideal candidates have deep development expertise in IBM i (AS/400), ARCAD, or Angular-based full-stack development, plus strong business analysis, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Strong development experience in IBM i (AS/400), ARCAD, or Full Stack Angular.
• Business analysis skills translating business requirements into solutions.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications with development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, team-first mindset with curiosity and learning orientation, including use of AI tools to improve quality and productivity.
