NextLink Group is seeking experienced Software Solution Engineers in Belgium to design, develop, and enhance software solutions that support critical business operations. You will translate business needs into reliable technical solutions while partnering with stakeholders and IT teams.

Ideal candidates have deep development expertise in IBM i (AS/400), ARCAD, or Angular-based full-stack development, plus strong business analysis, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Strong development experience in IBM i (AS/400), ARCAD, or Full Stack Angular.

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Software Solution Engineers who combine strong software development expertise with business analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Depending on your technical background, your expertise may be focused on IBM i (AS/400) development , IBM i with ARCAD , or Full Stack Development with Angular .

As a Software Solution Engineer, you will design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve software solutions that support critical business operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and other IT colleagues to translate business needs into reliable, scalable, and effective technical solutions.

We are looking for more than technical expertise. The right candidate takes ownership, remains curious, embraces continuous learning, works collaboratively, and is comfortable experimenting with new technologies and approaches. Requirements

• Strong development experience in at least one key area: IBM i (AS/400), IBM i with ARCAD, or Full Stack Development with Angular.
