Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Social Media Engagement Specialist to create and publish engaging daily content, grow networks, and manage online communities across platforms. You will analyze performance data and share actionable insights with internal teams.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, monitor trends, and identify influencer engagement opportunities. A 3+ year track record in social media and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• 3+ years in social media/ digital communications.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven content creation for social platforms and community management.
• Strong understanding of social ecosystems and engagement strategies.
• Experience with social media management, analytics, listening, and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging daily social content with internal stakeholders.
