Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Social Media Engagement Specialist to drive daily content creation, publishing, and community management across platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams to expand reach, engage audiences, and identify opportunities from user-generated content.

The role requires a strong background in social media management, influencer engagement, and analytics. You will operate in a dynamic European project environment with a focus on public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in social media or digital communications.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience creating engaging content for social media and managing online communities.
• Strong understanding of social media ecosystems and engagement strategies.
• Experience with social media management, analytics, listening and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyse data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
