Terumo Europe NV in Leuven seeks a proactive Social Media & Employer Branding Intern to bring our employer brand to life through engaging content. You will collaborate with Communications and Talent Acquisition teams to promote people, culture and impact in an international environment.

You’ll receive hands-on coaching from an experienced Employer Branding professional, developing skills in content creation, digital communication, and employer branding, while supporting campaigns and KPI

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field such as communications or marketing.
Hands-on content creation and social media exposure desired.
Strong written and visual storytelling with a creative mindset.

Responsabilités

Research and strategy: analyze employer branding practices and suggest improvements.
Social media and content: assist in creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
Content creation: collaborate on visuals and copy for videos, posts, and campaigns.
Campaign development: support recruitment marketing campaigns and track performance.
Creative brainstorming: contribute fresh ideas for branding and activation.
KPIs and dashboards: help define and track recruitment marketing metrics.
