Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a SMR & Tyres Advisor to coordinate cross-department collaboration and enhance customer service in the Vehicle Operations team. You will support the full repair and maintenance cycle, inform customers of progress, and propose proactive solutions to keep mobility seamless.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in automotive technology, strong interest in digital communication, and excellent analytical and negotiation skills with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in automotive technology required.
• Strong interest in automotive tech and digital communication.
• Analytical with strong reasoning and process optimization skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Access; Cognos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across departments to support customers and reduce worries.
• Monitor vehicle work, inform users of changes, and propose proactive solutions.
• Oversee repair and maintenance processes from start to finish, including invoicing.
• Improve process quality and optimize systems based on customer needs.
• Act as training partner for the Team Leader SMR & Tyres to elevate the department.
