Louis Vuitton Services Europe in Brussels is seeking a Communications Coordinator Intern to support the Internal Communications team for Client Services Europe, spanning 15 countries. The role reports to the Learning Manager and is part of the PIONEERS Internship Program.

Responsibilities include developing internal communication tools, uploading content on SharePoint and knowledge tools, creating newsletters, editing internal video content, and supporting onboarding and trainings. Six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Internship agreement provided by your university is mandatory.
• Available for a period of six months.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent computer skills with PowerPoint; SharePoint knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and implementing internal communication tools for Client Services staff.
• Assist our internal communication coordinator with content on SharePoint and knowledge tools.
• Assist in creating internal communication materials: Internal Newsletter, revamping and updating our internal SharePoint.
• Creating and editing Internal video content to animate different tools and communication.
• Assist in animating our knowledge tools during onboardings and trainings.
• Assist in elaborating action plans based on the Maison’s priorities in collaboration with the other departments.
• Adapt tools & content according to strategy and priorities.
