Job summary

Jan De Nul Group seeks a Security Officer for its Mons project site. You will manage site access, deliver security briefings, and ensure compliance with QSHE and safety legislation. You will be the on-site point of contact for daily operations and Control Room functions, reporting to the project team.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of construction industry experience.
• Knowledge of risk management and strong administrative skills.
• Fluent French and good English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide security briefings during onboarding.
• Escort visitors on site.
• Develop procedures and methods for the project site.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and QSHE policies.
• Act as primary contact for day-to-day operations and Control Room oversight.
• Monitor compliance with safety legislation and propose improvements.
• Support toolbox meetings organization and delivery.
• Oversee site inspections, material lists, quality control, and commissioning.
• Maintain documentation for the Construction Security Plan.
