Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions® seeks a Site Lead to oversee the Beerse, Belgium client site, ensuring top-tier service delivery and strict GMP compliance. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and align operations with client expectations and corporate goals.

Key responsibilities include building strong client relationships, driving performance against KPIs, and guiding talent development.

Qualifications

• Holds master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or a Business Degree.
• Fluent communication skills in English as this is the working language. Dutch is nice to have.
• 2-5 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience working within GMP and/or regulated environments.
• Experience with KPI management and performance monitoring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of laboratory operations and scientific workflows is a plus.
• Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee client site operations and service delivery.
• Lead daily operations and resource planning.
• Manage team leaders and onboarding of new employees.
• Drive process improvements and site safety.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with HR on personnel matters.
