Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions in Beerse, Belgium, seeks a Site Lead to oversee client-site services, ensure GMP/compliance, and manage operational performance. You will lead teams, optimize resources, and maintain strong client relationships while aligning with corporate objectives.

This full-time hybrid role offers KPI-driven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives, with on-site work five days and one day from home.

Qualifications

• Holds a master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or business.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• 2–5 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience in GMP and/or regulated environments.
• Strong KPI management and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead client relationship management and serve as the main liaison for the client and Eurofins PSS.
• Oversee daily operations, resource planning, and KPI performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement new projects and changes.
• Ensure GMP/compliance and quality standards are upheld.
• Partner with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
