Avantor Sciences in Belgium is seeking a hands-on Supervisor II, Onsite Lab Operations Support to lead daily on-site lab activities, ensure high-quality service, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

You will manage a team of associates, coordinate with lab managers and scientists, optimize workflows, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through proactive problem solving and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of on-site teams in a lab environment.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in pharma/lab ops.
• Proven track record in process improvement and KPI tracking.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of associates on-site.
• Act as primary on-site contact for lab managers and scientists.
• Oversee order, inventory, sample handling, and waste management.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reviews, and report outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure SOP/compliance adherence.
