Eurofins Professional Scientific Services Belgium is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive PSS sales growth across Belgium, collaborating with the European team. You will lead account development, design service solutions, manage client relationships, and contribute to revenue targets while working in a hybrid, Monday–Friday setup with travel within Belgium.

Key qualifications include a life sciences master's with business education, 5+ years in BD within life sciences, and strong

Masters in life sciences with business education (MBA or equivalent).
Experience in life sciences business development or sales preferred.
Strong networking and client-facing skills are required.

Responsabilités

Drive region-wide business development for PSS in Belgium.
Work with the European team to set targets and incentives.
Identify and win PSS business within Belgium to hit growth objectives.
Develop account plans by analyzing client organizations and needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design service solutions.
Lead negotiations and contracting with clients, ensuring alignment with pricing models.
