Boven Yvo NV in Beveren is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead external joinery projects from sale to handover. You will perform on-site surveys with clients or architects to determine installation options, photograph and document the site, and coordinate with production planning to order materials.

You will guide fitters on site or in the workshop and attend site meetings as the main client contact, working closely with sales, production, and installation teams.

Competenze

• Requires a higher-level technical (construction) qualification and substantial construction industry experience.
• Experience in exterior joinery is an advantage.

Boven Yvo NV is a family-run SME that has been active in the manufacture and installation of high-quality aluminium windows and doors for over 40 years. Thanks to its central location in Beveren (between Antwerp and Ghent), the company is easily accessible and, with a dynamic team of 55 staff, carries out projects throughout Flanders. An innovative production department and many years of expertise guarantee the added value in terms of quality that we offer our clients. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an additional project manager.

• Once the sale has been finalised by one of our sales representatives, you will be responsible for the full project management of various external joinery projects, right through to handover.
• Using the sales dossier as a basis, you will carry out a full technical survey of the site and, together with the client (mainly private individuals) or architect, assess the installation options and finish based on the practical circumstances on site.
• You take the necessary photographs and notes, ensure that the file is fully processed and also confirmed by the client, so that your fellow work planner can enter the details into our production planning system to order all the materials.
• You provide our fitters with the necessary guidance and instructions for the installation, either on site or when they leave our workshop.
• You will attend site meetings, act as the point of contact for our customers and monitor the completion of the site. You will work closely with our sales, production and installation teams, …

Who are we looking for?

• You have completed a higher-level technical (construction) qualification and already have substantial work experience in the construction industry. Experience in exterior joinery is a definite advantage.
• You are customer-focused, have strong communication skills and work efficiently. On average, you spend 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week visiting clients on site.
