CBRE Group, Inc. is looking for a Technical & Facility Manager in Belgium, responsible for managing all technical aspects of the Médiacité shopping center in Liège. This role requires a minimum of five years' experience and a technical degree, with strong proficiency in French and good knowledge of Dutch and English. The manager will be involved in supervising installations, coordinating energy management, and ensuring compliance with BREEAM and ISO standards. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the field.
• French speaking, good knowledge of Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Implementation of energy savings and environmental management.
• Supervision of all technical installations on site.
• Studies and preparation for BREEAM and ISO certification.
• Management of waste and supervising the building.
• Monitoring subcontractors for technical maintenance and security.
• Preparation and follow-up of the CAPEX plan.
